You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.  Our office is located next door to our rental units where the helpful staff at our other business,  JNR Waterfront Services, can help you.  We also have a convenient drop box for payments and lease agreements, at that location,  and online ACH and card payments through Stripe. 

We currently offer 40' x 12' units and larger 52' x 20' units, ideal for growing businesses and special projects. Availability changes as units open up, and we encourage you to reach out even if you don’t see the exact size you need listed.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), pay pal, ACH recurring payments being our preferred method of payment.

We offer a discount for setting up recurring payments. ACH recurring payments have the biggest discount over card payments. We accept both and once you know your unit number and unit size you can set up your recurring payment online. 

The 52' x 20' units have 12' x 14' doors and the 40' x 12' units will have 10' x10' doors.

At the current time we are not offering electricity in the rental units though we may make power available for an additional fee in the future. Please reach out to us let for more information.
